Will Registration
Your Will needs to be found whenever it is needed. A one-off payment to the National Will Register is the most effective way of tracking its whereabouts.

We can help to put you in touch with a local solicitor specialising in probate or some of the best trust corporations in the country.

Powers of Attorney
There are two types of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA).
Property and Affairs LPAs enable you to appoint someone to look after your financial affairs whenever you wish them to do so.
Personal Welfare LPAs let you determine your future healthcare in advance
They both have to be registered with the government before they are used, but can then continue even if you later lose the ability to make such decisions for yourself.
General Powers of Attorney are much simpler and enable you to make arrangements for someone to look after your affairs while you are still well.

Changes of Tenancy
We can arrange to add additional people to the ownership of your house, or change the way it is owned if you want your share of the house to go to someone other than the co-owner when you die.

Pre-paid Funeral Plans ensure that your funeral instructions are carried out as you wish and that your next of kin are relieved of organising and paying for your funeral.

We do not offer general Insurance. However we can offer a limited range of policies that will enhance your Estate Planning. Examples include mortgage protection policies to pay off your mortgage and enable loved ones to continue living in your home, and specialist policies to offset inheritance tax and to pay for nursing care.
