What can I include in my Will?
You decide who you would like to sort out all of your financial affairs.
You can nominate guardians who you want to look after your children.
You choose who you want to benefit if anything happens to you.
You can give gifts to friends, donations to charities, and arrange care for your pets.
You can advise of your funeral wishes, and whether you wish your organs to be used for transplant .
All of the above can be included free of charge within our standard wills.
You will also learn about your current inheritance tax liability and how you may be able to successfully reduce or even eliminate it. Our advice is free but any special trusts may incur additional fees. Again you will be given a fixed price quotation and you can still decide to stick to one of our standard Wills.
We can discuss arrangements to care for disabled family members. Depending on your circumstances, this might be included within a standard Will, or you may decide to upgrade to a special trust. We can also discuss financial arrangements should you need long term care.
Relax
and leave everything to us. Peace of mind comes free with all of our Wills.
